Removes build-up coating of ama (toxins) on the tongue. It is said to improve the ability to taste food and improve oral health and helps prevent bad breath.

Ghee contains vitamins A, D, E, K, omega-3/6 fatty acids and is an antioxidant and promotes a healthy gut and it good for the immunity. Improving condition of hair, skin, lubricating the joints and body bringing suppleness.
It is a digestive and stimulates agni (digestive fire), 1 teaspoon in warm water can be taken in the morning . A teaspoon can be added to porridge for nourishing the body. It is lactose free and can be used for cooking as it is an oil.

Triphala means 3 fruits and contains amalaki which is cooling and soothes pitta. Bibhitaki is great for excess kapha in body and the respiratory system. Haritaki is good for all the 3 doshas vata, pitta and kapha and removes toxins.
It is a general health tonic (rasayana) which nourishes all the tissues.
It helps clearing ama (toxins) and for regular bowel actions.
Improves agni (digestive fire). It can be used as an eyewash and hair tonic.

Used for pain in rheumatic, neuromuscular conditions and acts as an analgesic. It is suitable for all constitutions vata, pitta and kapha. It is good for the nervous system and if applied at night can induce a good night’s sleep.
